Science Entrepreneurship Technology University is a Ukrainian non-profit tech university that provides world-class higher education and grows the next generation of Ukraine’s tech talent.

We are searching for a strategic Grants Manager for SET University to work with our organization in identifying new sources of funding and coordinating grant applications. 

You will: 

• Manage overall grant efforts Identify and develop strategies to optimize the grants administration process 
• Prepare progress reports 
• Oversee if the grants are implemented according to the operational and financial needs of the organization 
• Monitor paperwork and other related documents connected with grant-funded programs 
• Manage grant databases, document payments and expenditures 
• Engage with donor agencies. 

It’s all about you: 

• Proven track record of successful grants programs coordination 
• Project management and organizational skills, good command of research and analysis 
• Excellent communication skills, followed by strong writing skills 
• Methodical and strategic thinking, good understanding of the organization’s overall business and its objectives 
• Knowledge of donor agencies 
• Budgeting and accounting experience will be a huge plus.
