DAI is seeking qualified candidates for the full-time position Regional Procurement and Logistics Officer in Kyiv or other regional HOVERLA project office in Ukraine (Poltava, Lutsk, Lviv, Zhytomyr, Rivne, Odesa, Uzhhorod) to join USAID Governance and Local Accountability (HOVERLA) Activity’s team. DAI Global is implementing the USAID-funded Governance and Local Accountability (HOVERLA) Activity, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. The purpose of HOVERLA Activity is to facilitate the creation of Ukrainian local governance systems and processes that are more self-reliant, accountable to citizens, inclusive and able to provide services. The Activity has three objectives:
The Regional Procurement and Logistics Officer is a key member of the HOVERLA Procurement and Logistics team, responsible for coordinating and managing procurement and logistics activities. The officer ensures compliance with USAID, DAI rules and regulations, and HOVERLA policies and procedures. This role requires strong knowledge of procurement and logistics management, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The Regional Procurement and Logistics Officer will report to the Senior Procurement Officer and work closely with the Kyiv Procurement and Logistics teams.
Location and Reporting
The Regional Procurement and Logistic Officer will be based in Kyiv, Ukraine, or any regional project offices in Lviv, Poltava, Odesa, Zhytomyr, Uzhorod, Rivne and Lutsk, and will report to the Senior Procurement Officer.
