Purpose of the role:

As a Training & Education Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, designing and producing high-quality educational content addressing current trends and educational needs of nonprofits around technology and digital education targeting English-speaking and Polish CSOs – training curricula, blog posts, articles, newsletters, educational materials for social media channels. Moreover, you will be responsible for coordinating online and offline educational event and supporting program teams. 

Your duties and responsibilities:

•  Developing and producing high-quality educational content addressing current trends and educational needs of nonprofits around technology and digital education targeting English-speaking and Polish CSOs – training curricula, blog posts, articles, newsletters, educational materials for social media channels. 

•  Close collaboration with program team on developing and improving educational content supporting TechSoup’s education strategy and outreach plan. Contributing to building and maintaining educational resources, guides, and toolkits developed in TechSoup. 

•  Managing localization of existing educational content to Polish target audience. 

•  Setting up workflows of the content production execution. 

•  Coordinating collaboration efforts with external and internal stakeholders: subject matter experts, proofreaders, graphic designers, and translators, among others. 

•  Contributing to research and development of a database of potential partners, experts, authors, and collaborators to extend content creators portfolio. 

•  Organizing trainings and educational events (offline and on-line training, webinars) alone or in partnership with other team members (organization and logistics, recruitment of participants, collaboration with trainers and experts).

•  Training events financial management, settlements with trainers and subcontractors. 

•  Coordination with in-country individuals and organizations to assist in implementing training and educational events within TechSoup programs, in close collaboration with program teams. 

•  Monitoring and quality check of published content and training events. 

•  Ensuring timely delivery of own tasks and smooth cooperation with the project team, including project managers, partners, and contractors. 

•  Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

•  Graduate degree in relevant field, such as Social Sciences, or a combination of education and experience that yields the required competencies.  

•  Minimum 3 years of experience in adult educational and training with a proven delivery record. 

•  Knowledge and direct experience with education and capacity building programs, preferably digital education and CSO sector. 

•  Sound understanding of civil society organizations in Europe as well as understanding of CSOs’ technology needs and challenges in implementing technology solutions.

•  International work experience.

•  Hands-on experience in instructional design and coordinating the educational content production processes with multiple stakeholders: authors, partners, graphic designers, vendors and setting up a workflow that ensures its proper execution.

•  Knowledge and experience in communication and content creation. 

•  Good knowledge of the graphics application (e.g. Canva, Adobe Cloud). 

•  Fluency in Polish and English, both oral and written communications; other language a plus.

•  Technology savvy, including advanced computer literacy skills and graphic design. 

•  Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets. 

•  Attuned to multicultural environments and skilled at engaging diverse stakeholders.

•  Ability to work effectively and with sensitivity across barriers such as language, culture and distance.

•  Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  

•  Ability to work and co-operate in a dynamic and fluid environment. 

•  Fluency in English and Polish. Any other language from Central and Eastern Europe would be an advantage. 

Other Requirements:

•  Based in Warsaw, or remote in Europe.

•  Flexibility to travel in Europe and internationally if required.
