We encourage professionals to apply for vacant positions at the Reform Support Team (RST) at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

The RST assists the Ministry of Finance in implementing priority reforms. The RST is part of the Ukraine Reforms Architecture (URA) project which is a joint EU-EBRD initiative, funded through the EBRD-managed Ukraine Multi-Donor Fund, in which the EU is the largest donor.

Currently, the RST is expanding and seeking 1 qualified specialist for the position of Communications Manager.

The initial consultancy assignment is expected to start on December 1, 2022 and has an estimated duration till August 31, 2023. This assignment has an opportunity for extension, subject to the donors funding availability and the consultant’s performance.

Potential candidates should send a completed Application Form, NDA Form, the candidate’s Curriculum Vitae and Reference Letter from a recent supervisor (original in English, or Ukrainian with English translation) together with the contact details for two further referees who, if contacted, can attest to the professional and/or educational background of the candidate.
