Заступник/ця Координатора з питань надання невідкладної грошової допомоги


The Deputy EmergencyCash Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the implementation of cash transfers interventions in their different types and in coordination with other R2P programs in the country. The Deputy Coordinator will work closely with the Emergency Cash Coordinator in the planning, execution and supervision activities, including the collaboration with the stakeholders and donors to develop the Cash Assistance line, assisting the field teams in targeting processes, improvement of delivery mechanisms and related operational processes as well as post-distribution monitoring processes.


  • Under supervision of Emergency Cash Coordinator drive the development of R2P policy positions to guide the use, scale and implementation of Cash Assistance (CA), drawing on national and international experience and good practice;

  • Support  development and adoption of common tools and methods for assessment, registration, targeting and post-distribution monitoring;

  • Promote harmonization of CA standards and approaches across the humanitarian response, working with stakeholders including clusters, partners, donors, and authorities, to develop guidance and operational models that support coordinated and collaborative CA;

  • Ensure timely reporting on cash assistance strategy implementation activities, in accordance with internal R2P requirements and any other relevant external donor requirements;

  • Ensure proper supervision of cash assistance activities in communities, with proper mapping and identification of beneficiaries;

  • Work closely with partner organizations and agencies on the ground and their staff to ensure that R2P programs are aligned with what other actors are doing;

  • Represent R2P in inter-institutional coordination spaces (Cash Coordination WG, Clusters, etc.);

  • Others that are required, such as taking off its capacity in emergency responses according to R2P guidelines.


  • Professional in social, economic, administrative careers or related areas.

  • Work experience in a Food Security and/or Livelihood Program, based on monetary transfers, preferably focused on the migrant or refugee population.

  • Experience working with NGOs for at least the last 2 years.

  • Previous experience in the management and implementation of humanitarian programs.

  • Experience and commitment to working through community participation and accountability systems.

  • Ability to write clear and well-argued evaluation and project reports.

  • Good knowledge of project cycle management.

  • The ability and willingness to be extremely flexible and accommodate difficult and sometimes insecure work circumstances.

  • Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, ethnicity, and age sensitivity and adaptability.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Ukrainian, Russian and English, both written and oral.


R2P will offer the successful applicant:

  • A contract till July 31, 2022, renewable dependent on  performance and funding;

  • Flexibility in working/lunch hours.
