PROGRAM BACKGROUND
Handicap International “HI” (operating as Humanity & Inclusion) is an independent and impartial international aid organization working in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster. Working alongside persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, our action and testimony are focused on responding to their essential needs, improving their living conditions and promoting respect for their dignity and their fundamental rights.
HI is currently opening a multi-sectoral life-saving assistance to displaced and non-displaced populations in Ukraine such as : Protection, shelter, health, NFIs, food security and livelihoods, water, sanitation, hygiene, and education and strengthening and supporting access to mental health and psychosocial support; provision of basic and domestic items including food, unrestricted cash assistance, and core relief items.

General Mission
The IT Officer is responsible for the maintenance, proper management, follow-up and monitoring of the country’s IT and telecom equipment, tools and services in compliance with HI’s rules and procedures. He/she will also ensure the training of users in order to guarantee the proper use of IT services and equipment. He/she reports to the country Log Manager
Missions/Responsibilities
Mission 1: To ensure and/or guarantee the general management and monitoring of the country’s ICT equipment
Mission 2: Supervise the security of equipment and the proper use of IT and communication resources in the country.

Experience (type and amount of experience) :

E More than 1 years’ experience in the IT field E Previous experience working in humanitarian programs |
E Previous experience with HI.

Salary: As per HI salary scale
Duration of Contract: 2 months with possibility of renewal based on performance and funding availability.
