Lead Financial Manager of Zmina 2.0 project focuses on completing the project financial management and reporting according to the obligatory donor’s requirements and policies and procedures of implementing body (IZOLYATSIA) with faithful execution of Ukrainian legislation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design overall financial management to the project according to the approved logical matrix, optimize and improve project processes as needed,
Lead project’s financial planning and ensure the project meets deadlines,
Supervise and coordinate project team in financial project processes,
Supervise and coordinate the work with partners in part of grant distributing and reporting, including the partner’s contribution according to the obligatory donor’s requirements,
Supervise and coordinate the Subgrant payments and reportings,
Oversee all project financial documentation,
Draft and revise interim and final project financial reports,
Prepare all the financial documentation to the Project for the financial audit,
Other duties as assigned.
A degree in the field of financial administration, economics or other relevant fields.
At least 5 years of relevant and progressively responsible, including financial management experience.
Experience working and interacting with representatives of civil society and donor agencies.
Knowledge of VAT exemptions by the technical assistance Projects.
Working knowledge in English, Russian and Ukrainian language.
Work experience with European Delegation to Ukraine, Creative Europe or European Union and other international organizations.
