Purpose:

Communication and SMM manager supports external project communications and project visibility according to strategy and guidelines under the direct supervision of the Project Leader and in cooperation with the contracted PR agency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to communication strategy and draft communication plan,
• Develop the detailed content plan,
• Develop and run communication campaign and manage all communication channels of the project,
• Develop the tasks for designer for visual materials for SMM,
• Create visual materials for SMM under approval templates,
• Collect and analyze performance metrics of communication strategy,
• Draft and revise media reports, contributing to interim and final narrative project reports,
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• A bachelor degree in a relevant field,
• 2+ years of experience in Communications and SMM, experience in working with PR agencies is preferable,
• Skills in development text and visual content for SMM,
• Experience in contributing to communication strategy drafting,
• Working knowledge in English, Russian and Ukrainian language.
