Project Background:
DAI Global is implementing the USAID-funded Governance and Local Accountability (HOVERLA) Activity, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. This project is designed to support Ukraine advance self-reliant local governance including legislative reforms, participatory strategic planning methodologies, service improvement, local economic development, civil society engagement, and capacity building of sub-national government entities. Roles Purpose:
The Change Management Expert will establish processes to identify change agents, assess training needs driven by change, and communicate changes to stakeholders. This position will pay special attention to how systems and individual teams are impacted by organizational change, particularly at the CTC level. This position will identify champions or change agents for proposed organizational change, assess training needs driven by change, plan how and when changes should be communicated and to what stakeholders, and identify success indicators for change and ensure that they are linked to the performance management system. This position will report to the Civic Engagement Lead.
