Project Management Consultant to join Ukraine Reforms Architecture project management team, based in the EBRD’s Kyiv office.

The Ukraine Reforms Architecture (URA) is a comprehensive reform support programme aimed at delivery of critical reforms in Ukraine, stimulating systemic change in public institutions and improving the business climate in the country. Since 2016, more than 200 Ukrainian reformers have contributed to dozens of reforms through the Reform Support Teams working in ten of the country’s ministries and agencies. URA programme is funded through the Ukraine Stabilisation and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account managed by the EBRD.

This is a an ideal opportunity for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with knowledge of the political economy of reforms in Ukraine, excellent analytical and project management skills, and an advance degree in public policy, economics, international relations or a related field.

The expected assignment start date is August 1, 2021 for initial period of six month, with the possibility for extension subject to performance and donor funding.
