Polish Humanitarian Action is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to manage a multi-sectorial project with main focus on provision of PSS to the conflict-affected older people, residing along the «contact line» in Donetska and Luhanska Oblasts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage implementation of the multi-sectorial project that include provision of psychosocial support, WASH and food security;
· Be responsible for managing the project budget;
· Supervise project team members;
· Build strong cooperation with the partner-organization and oversee its activities;
· Cooperate with field and Kyiv-based staff (logistics, finance, administration and MEAL);
· Participate in relevant logistics, procurement and recruitment procedures within the project;
· Prepare donor/weekly/monthly reports as requested;
· Develop project-related tools (databases, registration forms etc.);
· Contribute to preparation of project proposals and project budgets;
· Prepare relevant inputs to the Clusters, Working Groups (upon request);
· Represent organization and attend relevant internal and external meetings (clusters meetings, meetings with other INGOs, project review and lessons learnt meetings, etc.);
· Ensure all project-related documentation received and properly stored;
· Prepare and conduct internal trainings, workshops and meetings;
· Cooperate with external auditors/donor and other stakeholders;
· Perform regular project site visits;
· Complete other tasks assigned by Head of Programmes.
The successful Senior Project Coordinator will be selected based on the qualification requirements described below:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economics, international development, sociology, public administration, or any other relevant field;
· At least 2 years of work experience in an NGO sector and proven practical experience in project management;
· Strong organizational and planning skills and ability to meet deadlines and to work under pressure;
· Detail-oriented with excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills;
· Good cooperation and teamwork skills;
· Ability to work in a team and independently;
· Good English language skills (at least upper-intermediate level); Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian is required (both spoken and written);
· Good English writing skills;
· Strong computer skills - knowledge of MS Office; skills in Word and Excel;
· Sound understanding of local context and humanitarian & social needs of internally displaced persons in Ukraine.
