WHO Country Office in Ukraine is looking for a Technical Officer (Health Services Delivery; NPO) to provide technical support and coordination of the health system strengthening aimed at modernization and improving of service delivery across levels of care with a particular focus on health workforce in Ukraine in line with the European Framework for Action on Integrated Health Services Delivery, WHO Global Strategy on Human Resources for Health: Workforce 2030, and WHO Global Programme of Work.

The incumbent will support the WHO County Office mission in guiding Ministry of Health of Ukraine and all relevant stakeholders in service delivery and health workforce leadership, management and development to accelerate progress towards Sustainable Development Goals 3, 4, 5 and 10.
