ACTIVITY OVERVIEW
DAI Global is implementing the USAID-funded Governance and Local Administration (HOVERLA), based in Kyiv, Ukraine. This project is designed to support Ukraine advance self-reliant local governance including legislative reforms, participatory strategic planning methodologies, service improvement, local economic development, civil society engagement, and capacity building of sub-national government entities.

PURPOSE
The Regional Director will serve as the bridge between the main office in Kyiv and six regional offices. S/he will ensure that the management of each regional office is efficient and guarantee coherence and comprehensiveness of the HOVERLA interventions in the targeted areas and the fulfillment of expected activities and results as detailed in annual workplans as well as the achievement of indicator goals. The Regional Director will coordinate the activities of the regional offices and supervise and support six regional Team Leaders. As part of the senior management team, the Regional Director will be expected to provide advice, input, and overall guidance to the HOVERLA team as needed.
