IT Ukraine Association is looking for a full-time Community Manager (remote possible).
IT Ukraine is the largest professional association of Ukrainian service and product companies. The mission of the Association is to provide favorable conditions for the sustainable development of information technology in the country. We represent the interests of 50,000+ IT specialists.

What you will do:
Support a warm and human-oriented communication in our community - Ukrainian IT companies
Scale our community. You’ll be in charge of planning and executing activities to promote community engagement
Handle hardships and conflicts our members may experience
Day-to-day community engagement via our channels
Reporting to track community management efforts
Qualifications:
Prior community management experience or demonstrable experience in networking
Strong writing and customer service skills
Proven success working in fast-paced, super-collaborative team environments
Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Fluent Ukrainian, English - at least Upper-Intermediate
