CRDF Global is an independent nonprofit organization that promotes safety, security, and sustainability through international development and foreign assistance missions in over 120 countries is looking for Project Lead.

Major Responsibilities: 

• Designs and implements project plans using best practices for Project Management (for multiple projects) that may include charters, work breakdown structures (WBS), statements of work, schedules, deliverables, monitoring and evaluation plans, and project budgets; prepares and submits reports and proposed modifications if necessary.
• Manages Cybersecurity Cooperative Grants Program research competitions from start to finish, including competition design, marketing, screening, selection and administration.
• Works with SMEs to design, develop, and implement in-person and online cybersecurity-related Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Program activities.
• Manages sub-award budgets, including planning, administration, and financial reporting of project expenses upon closeout of the sub-award(s).
• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with donor/client organizations, in-country partners (vendors, consultants, universities), relevant U.S. and foreign government agencies, and other NGOs.
• Support CRDF Global related growth efforts, including managing stakeholder relations and networking with funders; developing concepts and new project ideas; serving on growth capture teams; and representing program or projects at external events; and
• Supports other programs and staff, as required.
• Travels within Ukraine and internationally as appropriate.

Key requirements:

• 3+ years of progressively responsible work experience in managing donor-funded programming.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Excellent and effective written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds at all levels within their organizations.
• Strong conceptual skills combined with the ability to break down concepts into manageable, specific sets of objectives in order to plan and successfully implement new projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of databases.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects at various stages of completion.
• Exceptional organizational skills/attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong diplomatic and negotiating skills.
• Ukraine work authorization.
