Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide advisory support to the transformation of Ukraine’s SDGs planning and financing architecture at national level: 

1.1. Support to the formulation of public SDGs financing priorities at national level;

1.2. Support to the improvement of SDGs aligned strategic planning systems and institutional engagement;

1.3. Support to the integration of SDGs in the national and sectoral budget frameworks;

2. Provide advisory support to the piloting improved decentralised SDGs development planning and financing architecture at regional level: 

2.1. Support to the Regional Development Finance Assessments and formulation of public SDGs financing priorities at sub-national level;

.2. Support the implemented of budgeting for SDGs tools by two Oblast Administrations and strengthen SDGs integration in their budget processes;

2.3. Support to aligning the regional strategic planning processes with SDGs;

3. Ensure mainstreaming of gender equality and women’s empowerment considerations in all project activities.
