Chemonics International Inc., an international development consulting firm, seeks a Ukrainian professional to fill-in the following position within the USAID Nove Pravosuddya Justice Sector Reform Program in Ukraine:

Communications Specialist 

Duties and Responsibilities:

¨        Collect and prepare information about the program’s activity for various outreach materials and maintain distribution lists;

¨        Coordinate and contribute to organization of program’s online and offline media and public outreach events;

¨        Contribute to designing, maintaining and updating on a regular basis the program’s website and social media accounts;

¨        Collect and archive press-clippings and maintain program’s photo and video archive;

¨        Perform other tasks consistent with qualifications and program’s requirements.

Job Qualifications:

¨        Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism or other related field preferred;

¨        Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;

¨        Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian;

¨        Advanced MS Office user;

¨        Previous USAID or other international donor cooperation/experience preferred;

¨        Knowledge of the Ukrainian legal and judicial system preferred.
