Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural disasters. We offer assistance to people based on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. MSF Ukraine is looking for:

ADMIN ASSISTANT

Main duties:

• Visa issue support;
• Visa follow up, working permit, residence permit, address registration;
• Voluntary agreements issue;
• Expatriates HR administration physical files;
• Opening vacancies for International Staff;
• Travel management and accommodation support for national and international staff;
• Preparation of Welcome packs and briefing schedules;
• Expatriates movements within the mission;
• Domestic Cleaners supervisor;
• Organizing meetings, trainings, conferences;
• Legal documents archiving (registration);
• Contract follow up;
• Admin payment preparation;
• Accommodation and movements;
• HR guideline update;
• Backup of the HR manager and HR Coordinator in case of absence;
• Project field visits to support.

Education:

• Desirable administration related diploma.

Experience:

• Previous working experience required. Desirable with MSF or other NGOs.

• Experience in working with local government institutions.

• Visa/work permit/resident permit issue experience is an advantage.

Languages:

• Fluent English is essential.

Gross monthly salary (before taxation): 23808 UAH.

Type of agreement: Civil law agreement — three months extendable with labor agreement.
