Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural disasters. We offer assistance to people based on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. MSF Ukraine is looking for:

PURCHASER/DRIVER (Severodonetsk)

Main duties:

• Carries out the purchases of a supply office on the basis of purchase documents issued by the line manager and manages the administrative and accounting procedures related to purchasing.
• At the request of the line manager, obtains different quotations from suppliers according to the internal procedures.
• Place purchase orders to pre-selected suppliers with whom prices have been agreed.
• Request invoices or receipts, without delay, for all purchases, check they are correctly filled.
• Regularly updates the supplier-item-price data on the supply office.
• Follows the administrative and accounting procedures related to purchases: complete purchase orders, check delivery notes (against orders), etc.
• Assists in reception control process with the storekeeper and supply assistant.
• Update information on purchase lists after purchases are made.
• Inform the line managers of all information or modifications to the «item-supplier» data: price, address, items available.
• Provide safe transportation of staff and goods using the vehicle of organization and according to job description of Driver.
• Fill in the way bills and check its correspondence to the delivery notes for fuel from supplier.
• Monitoring the process of service and maintenance of the cars.

Requirements:

Education:

• Essential, secondary education; commerce related studies desirable.

Experience:

• At least two years in supply chain related jobs.

Languages:

• Intermediate in English (oral and written) is an asset.

Knowledge:

• Driving license (category B, C).

Monthly gross salary (before taxation): 20 523 UAH.
