DAI, a global development company based in the United States, is seeking a Graphic Designer for its USAID Economic Resilience Activity project. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist ERA team to highly effectively convey sector, results and lessons learned data though the production of infographics, high impact presentations, reports, and newsletters;
• Design and develop banner ads, social media, collaterals, brochures and posters, etc;
• Create material for internet web pages;

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements;
• Select artwork, photography, animation, and other visual elements;
• Use specialized computer software packages for the creation of layouts and design elements;

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master degree in Graphic Design and/or related field;
• Industry related experience 2+ years;
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, tools;
• Strong Ukrainian skills (verbal and written communication);
• Good English language skills (verbal and written);
• Ability to work as a team;
• Must be a self-starter, meet deadlines and production schedules;
• Creative and highly motivated;
• With high ethical standards and discipline;
• Ability to react to changing priorities and trends, work independently and under pressure.
