Requirements: Ukrainian national with university degree, 4+ years of experience working in international organizations in the area of HIV, marginalized populations, and women’s issues, strong leadership and managerial skills, familiarity with health and social services provision, excellent analytical, planning, interpersonal, and English skills, strong writing skills and experience writing proposals to donors.
