Адвентистське Агентство Допомоги та розвитку в Україні шукає Finance Coordinator

Location: Ukraine, Kiev or Kramatorsk, Donetsk region

Responsibilities:

-          Take the responsibility for the whole project finance (to work closely with accountants in the field, understand local legislation for NGOs, ensure proper documents flowing both for local legislation and for donor policies)

· Ensure proper accounting prices, check all entries into 1C Accounting Software, have supporting documentation, reconciliation of staff and bank, prepaid expense reconciliation, liability reconciliations, and financial reporting in conformity with ADRA and Donors’ standards;

· Establish and maintain accounting procedures and controls

-          Check payments within budget expences

-          Prepare cash flow for next month

· Ensure payment of staff salaries and benefits in accordance to ADRA guidelines and the local Ukraine labor law;

· Review and monitor payment of all procurement and service contracts to ensure that payment is made based on deliverables received with required documentation in accordance with ADRA policies;

· Ensure that internal controls are established at all levels to minimize risk and unallowable costs and respond in a timely manner to any audit findings;

-          Prepare project documentation based on donor need

· Assist the Project Manager and Finance Manager to budgets for existing programs and new proposals;

· Review and analyze program incomings, ensure accuracy of expenditure reporting;

Operations:

· Oversee day-to-day office operations and support the Logistics & HR management and staffing needs;

· Oversee the procurement of goods and services in compliance with rules and regulations of ADRA and Donors;

· Ensure that inventory records are updated on a regular basis and that adequate safeguards are in place to ensure the proper usage of ADRA property and assets.

· Oversee payroll and ensure that processing is accurate and timely;

· Ensure that ADRA’s Finance, IT and Office policies and procedures are strictly followed;

· Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the ADRA Ukraine;

Qualifications/Experience:

· Degree in Accounting or Business Administration with over 5 years of relevant experience.

· Knowledge in accounting;

· Proficient in computerized accounting systems and strong spreadsheet skills;

· Strong knowledge of Ukrainian legislation related to finance, HR and accounting;

· Working knowledge of English language;

· Previous experience in Project management, Finance & Accounting is an advantage.

· Experience of working in humanitarian programs is an advantage.
