ADRA Ukraine is currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager Assistant for the ADRA office in Ukraine.

 Responsibilities:

• Assist the Financial director in creating internal financial reports on a regular basis.
• Create, send, and follow up on billing advices, invoices, payments.
• Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
• Collect, check and processing supporting documents for business trip reports.
• Process and prepare financial and business forms/letters/requests.
• Closely maintains and monitors the fixed assets system.
• Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and/or reports.
• To translate and prepare documentation for project needs.
• Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets.
• Prepare ad-hoc reporting and participate in special projects on an as-needed basis.
• Serve as a liaison between Financial director and other departments of the company
  
   Qualifications/Experience: 
• Degree in Accounting or Business Administration with over 1 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in accounting;
• Proficient in computerized accounting systems and strong spreadsheet skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of English languages is an asset;
• Experience of working in humanitarian programs is an advantage.
