Chemonics seeks qualified specialists for the live USAID Ukraine Economic Resilience Activity (ERA). ERA will work to improve the overall economic resilience of eastern Ukraine in response to Russian aggression, which has disrupted critical market linkages, catalyzed the economic decline of previously dominant industries, and caused massive population disruption. The positions will be based in Kyiv, Kramatorsk, or Severodonetsk.

We are looking to fill long-term positions in the following areas: 

• Behavior Change Communications
• Monitoring & Evaluation and Collaborative Learning & Adapting
• Workforce Development
• Finance and Administration Director
• Grants and Procurement managers
• Market Access specialists
• EU Integration specialists
• Sector Specialists
• Value Chain specialists 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• Between three to five years (depending on the position) of experience working on or managing components of economic growth programs, preferably funded by international donors
• Experience working with Ukrainian businesses, government officials, international donors, private sector stakeholders, and civil society
• Willingness to relocate to eastern Ukraine if necessary
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
• Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian required; English language skills preferred
