Міжнародна благодійна організація «СОС Дитячі Містечка» шукає Персонального Асистента Директору Організації.

International Charitable Foundation «SOS Children’s Villages» Ukraine is looking for a professional to join our team at the position of Personal Assistant to National Director.

Requirements:

  • University degree in the field of philology / business administration / management / communications or similar;
  • At least 3-5 years verified experience and results in the field of similar position must have;
  • Excellent negotiation skills, experience in negotiations and management of business partners;
  • Fluent spoken and written English;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Good at relationship-building with different levels and stakeholders of various organisations, companies, business partners;
  • Innovative and creative, claiming and demonstrating high professional standards;
  • Positive working attitude;
  • Highly organised, result-oriented, proactive and reliable, good team player;
  • Strong motivation to identify with the vision, mission and values of SOS Children’s Villages;
  • Creating directories, databases and keeping them up to date;
  • Deep knowledge of MS Office and other PC software.

Main responsibilities:

As the Personal Assistant to National Director and Office:

  • Assistance to National Director in maintaining liaisons with project partners, preparing reports, proposals;
  • Arrange meetings and visits of local and foreign guests;
  • Close cooperation with the Board Members;
  • Direct communication to our European HQ;
  • Prepare reports, memos, minutes, letters, presentation invoices, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software;
  • Read and analyse incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and distribute accordingly;
  • Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails within team;
  • To manage incoming and outcoming documents;
  • Prepare agendas and arrangements for the team;
  • Hospitable welcoming of the guests and clients of National Office;
  • Handle secretarial work;
  • Arrange Business correspondence;
  • Translation (written and oral English);
  • Arrange hotels reservations, tickets booking, making new extension of visa, passport for National Director;
  • Ensure proper and effective functioning of National Office, providing it with necessary household equipment;
  • supervising of cleaner, contacting suppliers, business partners and landlords;
  • Responsible for logistics issues during the working process, and for maintaining of office/kitchen inventory;
  • Performs other related duties.
