Background
Labor and Health Social Initiatives (LHSI) is seeking to recruit M&E Specialist to join LHSI implementation team for two year project A New Home. The goal of the project is to promote and strengthen the involvement of civil society organisations in broader rehabilitation and reintegration programmes to provide recovery and psychological assistance for internally displaced children and children affected by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. The specific objective is to improve community reintegration and psychosocial support of internally displaced children (IDC) in Kyiv and Odesa oblast.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (MES) will work under the direct supervision of the Project Manager and Director of LHSI and in close cooperation with project team and project partners. He/she will be responsible and accountable for the overall monitoring and evaluation, analytical work and grant management of EU-funded project, based on the project Logframe and the project’s Monitoring Performance Evaluation (MPE) plan. He/she is responsible for monitoring of impacts, preparing of donor and other required result based reports, communication and advocacy of project results, experiences and lessons learned, grant management.
1) Coordinate the analytical work (assist in developing ToR for the capacity assessment, revise methodology and data collection, supervise the work of the experts, ensure the survey report completes in time and proper quality)
2) Develop and maintain the project’s monitoring and evaluation plan, based on the project document log frames and indicators. This will include following:

5) In collaboration with PR Manager design and implement a system to identify, analyze, document and disseminate lessons learned.
6) Be responsible for writing project reports: semi-annual progress reports and other on-time reports requested by LHSI and EU, implementing partner and other stakeholders.
7) Contribute to the preparation of annual and quarterly workplans
8) Collaborate with PR Specialist and project partners on advocacy of the project through providing all necessary information, data, publications etc as required
