Core Functions / Responsibilities:
Provides HR and secretarial support to the delegation, including organizing meetings and missions, travel arrangements, handling related correspondence, and the delegate’s agenda.
Manages the logistics of the expatriates and other official visit.
Managing and archiving human resources administrative documents, files.
Logistic support to visitors and expatriate staff (accommodation, translation, accompanying, residence).
Keeps evidence and commissions translators and translations.
Update lists of HR service providers (agencies aircraft, lodging)
Respect and ensure compliance with the regulations, administrative procedures, and logistics of the Delegation and Foundation
Required Skills and Experience
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources in non-governmental or international organization;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Positive attitude;
Willing to locally travel;
Willing to work in multi-cultural environment;
Fluency in English is required.
