Вакансія керівника адміністративного відділу в Terre des homes

International organization on child protection and health care Terre des homes (Tdh) is seeking for the Head of Administration.

Location: Kyiv

Position Type: Full-time

Core Functions / Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that Tdh and partners’ accounts are properly and efficiently maintained in respect to all legal requirements of the Government, internal Terre des homes rules and specific requirements of Donors
  • Ensures  the integrity of finance and administration at country, projects and partners level in line with the international and Country guidelines
  • Provides Tdh CR, HQ and Donors with timely and accurate financial information according to their requirements
  • Leads local development and update of guidelines and tools in the area of administration and finance
  • Meets periodically with all projects coordinators and discusses the activity plan and budget follow-up.
  • Assists CR in managing the overall country accounts and finance and provides guidance on accounts and finance matters to Deputy Country Representative whenever necessary
  • Trains, orients and coaches project staff on Tdh financial systems, on financial management, and monitors accurate implementation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in managing administration in non-governmental or international organization;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Willing to locally travel;
  • Willing to work in multi-cultural environment;
  • Fluency in English is required.
