People in Need (PIN) is the Czech Republic based NGO working in relief and development sectors. PIN is currently looking for medium-term engagement of a finance administrator.

Start-up date: October/November 2014 (immediately)

Duration: 3-6 month with the possibility of extension

Location: Sloviansk

Main responsibilities:

• Entering of financial data into international accounting SW (cash vouchers, invoices, bank statements)
• Translation of the financial documentation into English, ensuring of all supporting documents, documents description
• Everyday cooperation on linking of program and financial documents of mission and projects
• Preparing and registering of the contracts with suppliers
• Cooperation with cashier, accountant, financial supervisor
• Various tasks upon needs of the mission

Main requirements:

• Very good knowledge of English!!!
• Relevant working experience in finance
• Highly organized, responsible and reliable
• Excellent administrative and communication skills
• PC literacy, very good knowledge of MS Office
