UNDP Ukraine is looking for a communications expert for a project. UNDP DHRP has been in place for over 18 months and, over this time, has been able to both successfully advance its operations vis-à-vis its programme document, and expand its operations onto the areas, which have gained importance as a result of radical transformations provoked by revolutionary events of winder 2013-2014.

Description of responsibilities / scope of work

UNDP DHRP has been in place for over 18 months and, over this time, has been able to both successfully advance its operations vis-à-vis its programme document, and expand its operations onto the areas, which have gained importance as a result of radical transformations provoked by revolutionary events of winder 2013-2014.

Increased number of mandates, on which the project is working, coupled with the need to enhance the external communications pillar, call for increasing the team’s capacities through a communications consultancy that would serve a four-pronged goal:

Shaping of the DHRP mid-term (2-year) success stories publication into a knowledge and marketing tool;
Defining the best format and dissemination strategy for the DHRP bulletin and jumpstarting of the project bulletin initiative, ensuring its regular operations;
Assisting the team with improved arrangements for DHRP reporting and producing model reports (annual and semi-annual);
Ensuring proper operations of the DHRP website and other UNDP Ukraine (social) media instruments to achieve the goal of increasing the project audience in different target audience clusters; advising on better utilization of social innovation instruments for DHRP goals.
