Chemonics International, an international development consulting firm, seeks qualified Ukrainian professionals for positions on the USAID-funded Ukraine Confidence Building Initiative. Positions will be based in Kharkiv, Ukraine. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world:

• Program Development Officer (PDO)*
• Grants Specialist
• Procurement Specialist
• OfficeManager/Accountant*
• Field Officer
• Short-term Translator/Interpreter

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• *Denotes degree in business, project management, economics or relevant field required
• Academic study at an accredited education institution resulting in a degree or certification highly preferred.
• Experience with USAID or other international donor programs and Ukrainian civil society organizations preferred.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation in handling assigned tasks in fast-paced environments required.
• Proven ability to be a valued and contributing member of a multi-disciplinary team and to exercise high-level inter-personal skills in all situations.
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout eastern Ukraine, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia, and liberated cities in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts as the security situation permits.
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian required;proficiency in written and spoken English strongly preferred.
