Проект за демократичний союз  шукає волонтерів для керування роботою регіонального офісу в Україні та публікації статей, дотичних до тематики політики в Україні та її співпраці із Європейським Союзом.

Організація виступає за те, щоб Європа стала сильнішою і мала більше спільних політик та інструментів співпраці із третіми країнами. В Україні ми б хотіли заснувати волонтерський офіс із допомогою людей, що поділяють європейські цінності в Україні та хочуть бачити сильнішу роль Союзу на міжнародній арені.  

The essence of the managerial work will be in organising meeting with EU countries’ representatives and Ukrainian governmental bodies to discuss current developments in Ukraine-EU cooperation as well as resolution of Ukrainian crisis. 

Besides, we are actively searching for those willing to write blogs on Ukrainian affairs framing them in a wider European discourse.

Requirements

1. For managerial positions (secretary, communication officer, development officer): 

- Ability to dedicate around 5-8 hours per week; 
- Experience in managing the work of an NGO, think-tank, or any other third sector organisation; 
- Strong communication skills; 
- Ability to undertake responsibility combined with a strong sense of initiative; 
- Ability to manage workload; 
- Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian; 
- Experience in managing volunteers (desirable). 

2. For writers/analysts:

- Strong analytic and writing skills (ideally supported by a record of published articles); 
- Understanding of EU affairs and expertise in a particular field related to Ukrainian studies; 
- Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian (although some publications can be translated into English).
