Polish-Ukrainian Cooperation Foundation PAUCI is seeking a candidate to fill the full time position of a PROGRAM ASSISTANT in its Kyiv office.

THE PROGRAMM ASSIESTANT WILL:
•    Assist in implementation of projects related to cross-border cooperation, to administrative and local government reforms,  to ethical standards in public life, and to youth empowerment in Ukraine
•    Promote Ukrainian-Polish dialog;
•    Prepare program promotion materials in Ukrainian or English language (folders, brochures, banners, leaflets);
•    Holding contacts with Ukrainian partner organizations;
•    Assist in fundraising EU and private funds for Polish-Ukrainian cooperation projects
•    Respond to inquires related to the organization’s activities;
•    Update organization’s web-site
•    Assist in administrative work
•    Other as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY:
•    Creativity, good sense of humor, initiative and self-reliance
•    Management and fundraising skills
•    Experience with non-governmental sector
•    Knowledge on Polish and Ukrainian politics and society
•    Knowledge of new media tools
•    Ability to write proposals, reports, maintain documentation, and complete required forms
•    Ability to work hard and under intensive time constraints

LANGUAGES REQUIRED:  Excellent command of Ukrainian; good command of English and Polish
