The American Center for International Labor Solidarity (Solidarity Center) seeks a Program Specialist focused on training, mentoring, and leadership development work.

The Specialist will conduct public outreach, curriculum development, and training with workers, trade union members, and other civil society organizations. The applicant should be outgoing, have great people skills, and work well with people one-on-one and in groups.

Requirements

Requirements for the Program Specialist position:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience that includes curriculum and training work
• Excellent language skills in Ukrainian or Russian (written and oral)
• Excellent oral English skills
• Comfortable with preparing public presentations and public speaking
• Experience with trade union, worker rights, or other civil society advocacy
