To develop Job profile and job description of SOS mother in line with the SOS standards and HR standards.
Design recruitment processes for main care givers based on planning, needs and requests.
Develop the structure, form and incorporate the content provided by FBC into the reference orientation programmes for main care givers and child development co-workers.
Design and organise theoretical and practical training for main care givers and child development co-workers according to global and continental documents (SOS Mother Handbook 2010, “Frame curriculum of training for SOS aunts/ family assistants”; YC co-workers paper etc.) and select qualified trainers in close cooperation with the FBC Advisor; Follow up the implementation.
Document the SOS mother fluctuation and analyse data annually.
Concept on employing SOS Couples covers all related care aspects and is developed in accordance with continental reference paper - leads the recognition process, monitors actions, reports to responsible COHRD for FBC Advisor. Careers of SOS Mothers/Aunts are finalised in a planned and structured way according to SOS standards and national requirements.
Prepare and organise the process of finalising SOS Mothers/Aunts career according to SOS Standards (national, continental and global concepts).
