National Opera of Ukraine is looking for an  experienced financial manager to manage the EU-funded grant .

• Higher education or specialised training related to accounting
• At least 5 years of working experience out of which at least 2 years of experience with the EU-funded project
• Good knowledge of Ukrainian, English and Russian
• Knowledge of Ukrainian accounting systems and Ukrainian budget financed institutions
• Ability to work independently and to take initiative
• Knowledge of Ukrainian cultural sector and previous experience in it would be an asset.
