PROJECT COORDINATOR – COOP LEARNING FARM AND SERVICES PROJECT

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Director in planning, implementation and evaluation of projects
• Process information requests, guide institutional strengthening and capacity building of Project Holders, Coop Union and the Coop Learning Farm, smallholders and small farmers
• Coordinate implementation, and monitor designated projects
• Provide advice on enterprise development, agricultural and other relevant issues as required
• Take part in the development of a training program in line with project goals and objectives
• Assist with other ongoing projects as necessary

Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in management, economics, public administration, or other relevant fields.
• At least 5-year experience in working for international donor organizations in the field of project design and management, SME development.
• Experience in development rural organizations, including agricultural service cooperatives

Reporting: Reports to Project Director, Program Director and President of ICO Community Wellbeing

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Practical skills in business development (including business planning) and project management.
• Budgeting and budget monitoring
• Writing skills for reports, publications, stories, articles, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet.
• Fluent English, Ukrainian.
• Valid driver’s license, practical skills.
