Tasks The Web Developer shall be expected to perform the following:

• Design the web resource in close co-operation with the Implementing Partner. The final version of web resource design is subject to approval by the OSCE PCU;
• Develop the software for the web resource according to the specifications provided by the Implementing Partner;
• Register a domain name for the web resource as instructed by the Implementing Partner and agreed with the OSCE PCU;
• Be responsible for the testing of the product and technically facilitating the hosting of the web resource;
• If required/requested, provide training to the assigned personnel of the Implementing Partner tasked with maintaining and administering of the web resource;
• Be responsible for routine technical maintenance of the web resource during the project implementation, specifically from the creation of the web resource and until 01 December 2011;
• Provide a free of charge warranty service during the project implementation, specifically from the creation of the web resource and until 01 December 2011.  

Qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science or other related field;
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Self-discipline and ability to adhere to strict deadlines;
• Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian and English;
• A track record of successful cooperation with governmental or non-governmental or international organizations would be an asset.
