The Web Developer shall be expected to perform the following:
Design the web resource in close co-operation with the Implementing Partner. The final version of web resource design is subject to approval by the OSCEPCU;
Develop the software for the web resource according to the specifications provided by the Implementing Partner;
Register a domain name for the web resource as instructed by the Implementing Partner and agreed with the OSCEPCU;
Be responsible for the testing of the product and technically facilitating the hosting of the web resource;
If required/requested, provide training to the assigned personnel of the Implementing Partner tasked with maintaining and administering of the web resource;
Be responsible for routine technical maintenance of the web resource during the project implementation, specifically from the creation of the web resource and until 01 December 2011;
Provide a free of charge warranty service during the project implementation, specifically from the creation of the web resource and until 01 December 2011.
University degree in Computer Science or other related field;
2-5 years of relevant professional experience;
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
Self-discipline and ability to adhere to strict deadlines;
Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian and English;
A track record of successful cooperation with governmental or non-governmental or international organizations would be an asset.
