The Future is Female. Are you a young female professional | talent in or on the threshold to be in a female leadership position? Are you from Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Armenia, Russia or Belarus? Do you want to advance your career by developing your full leadership potential? Are you seeking for a unique networking and training experience? Do you care about female empowerment and want to share your acquired knowledge with other women? Then we think you are the perfect match for us.
Apply for our exclusive and innovative ELDA Female Leadership Academy 2018/2019, that will be held in three different cities:
Lviv, Ukraine: Tbilisi, Georgia: Odessa, Ukraine:

Please note: All the training are taking place with the same chosen participants and are build on one another. Please make sure that you are able to attend all sessions.
About the project
The Future is Female? Okay, got it. But change doesn’t drive without the right players. That’s why we want you to become a true leadership personality. Being a woman in a predominantly male leadership culture can be challenging and women on the rise are often struggling with a lack of support. We believe that one of the biggest strengths of female leaders is their ability to connect and built communities. That’s why we created a space for women who believe they can make a difference and accompany them developing not just their own leadership skills and personality but also train them the right techniques to share their gained knowledge with other women after the program is completed.
Who can apply?
The number of participants for the Female Leadership Academy is strictly limited to 15 women. Participants are invited from the tech and start up scene, creative & media industries, civil society & NGO representatives and politicians between 25 and 35 years from Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Russia, and Belarus. Proficiency in English is required.

Costs
There is no participation fee and we offer you free accommodation. For those coming from abroad, a limited number of travel grants is available. Generous funding is provided by the German Federal Foreign Office.
