The USAID/UKaid funded State-Owned Enterprises Reform Activity (SOERA) is pleased to announce the release of our 2024 Annual Program Statement (APS) for grant funding. This APS provides essential information about our grants program to attract eligible actors in Ukrainian civil society who share common goals with SOERA program objectives. The APS presents a significant opportunity for potential applicants to engage with our program and seek grant funding to support their initiatives in line with SOERA’s mission and goals.
