Request for Applications No. 27 | PITCHUA 4

The USAID Transformation Communications Activity (TCA), implemented by Chemonics International, is seeking concept papers for the fourth iteration of a multi-phased pitching process, “PITCHUA”. Interested applicants shall develop and refine social impact content concepts focused on one of two themes – Media Matters and Visible Transformations (described further in Section IC of the linked RFA document). Content shall be in any of the following forms: scripted series (which could include animated series), non-scripted multi-episode programs (such as documentaries, reality, discussion, magazine-type shows, discovery-type shows, etc.), YouTube programs, or full-length movies (which could include animation). Grants awarded under this RFA will be developed under this pitching process. TCA is seeking concepts from eligible Ukrainian organizations (described further in Section IIIA of the linked RFA document) to support the development of social impact content that engages audiences in the discussion of Ukraine’s democratic transition. Kindly note only one concept paper per organization (or group of organizations under the same ownership structure) per theme is permitted.
