CRDF Global is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide the following computer equipment:

The vendor will be responsible for supply and delivery of these items to Kyiv.

Proposal Requirements:

The proposal must be in USD with itemized cost information and relevant product description. Proposals need to offer all items identified above to be considered compliant.

The proposal must specify the current availability of equipment, approximate date by which items can be delivered, and identify specific items that are a not readily available or may take an extended time to procure.

Each proposal must be submitted in the template provided in Appendix A (see in the attached file).   

Vendor Selection Criteria:

CRDF Global will select the vendor that provides the best value in terms of overall price and timeline to delivery supplies to the final destination on terms DDP Kyiv, Ukraine.

Submission:

Proposals should be submitted to [email protected] and [email protected] no later than April 9, 2021, 14:00 Kyiv time. Proposals should be submitted as electronic documents in PDF, Word or Excel format. 

Payment terms:

The CRDF Global shall make payment within 30 (thirty) days from satisfactory delivery of the goods and receipt of correct invoice and any other supporting documents. In case, if the winning company is a resident of Ukraine, payment will be made in UAH at the rate of National Bank of Ukraine on the date of invoice issue, but not earlier than delivery date.
