clim@ is a competition for innovative businesses or projects in the fields of sustainable energy or resource efficiency with the power to change current practices and which demonstrate strong positive climate impact.

Outstanding applicants will be mentored by qualified experts, present their projects at a pitching event in Frankfurt and attend the GGF Sustainable Future Forum in June 2018, a gathering of 200 international stakeholders of the climate finance community organized by the Green for Growth Fund (GGF), where three grand finalists will pitch their projects to receive total EUR 30,000 in awards.

Who can apply?

Any organisation with a relevant track record is invited to apply. It can be, but not limited to, a business, start-up, spin-off, energy cooperative/centre, energy service provider, NGO, University or research institute.

Application deadline: 15 April 2018 (midnight CET).

clim@ was initiated by the Green for Growth Fund (GGF) and developed by its Technical Assistance Facility with the goal of promoting changes in the way resources are used or produced, be this energy, water or materials, through innovative projects that include new financing approaches, business models or awareness raising concepts.
