The European Union (EU) is launching of the 2025 Call for Proposals under the EU4CSOs in Ukraine programme, supported by the Ukraine Facility.

A total budget of EUR 17,000,000 has been made available by the EU for this call. Civil society organisations across Ukraine are invited to submit project proposals under five thematic lots:

1. Women and Gender Equality
2. Media
3. Human Rights
4. Social Cohesion
5. Youth
