Terre des hommes (Tdh) announces a call for offers to select an accounting company (outsourcing).

The required services include:

• Automated primary accounting (program 1C) according to the legislation;
• Conducting all phases of the accounting cycle comprising:
  a) drawing up primary and centralizing documents;
  b) valuation and recognition of accounting items;
  c) booking of accounting information in corresponding accounts;
  d) conducting of accounting registers;
  e) inventory of accounting items;
  f) generating the verification balance or the large book and the financial statements.
• Calculation of salaries, annual leave, medical leave, and related taxes (around 10 employees);
• Prepare payment documents;
• Prepare and present the monthly, quarterly, annual reports according to the legislation in force.
• Monthly reporting for Tdh management (documents to receive/confirm services).
