The annual Cultural Policy Research Award (CPRA) is open for application until 31 May 2013 for individuals who have a degree in social sciences, arts & humanities or public policy research and are a European aged 35 or younger. The award, an initiative of ECF and ENCATC, is open for candidates to submit a research proposal that is then reviewed and could be selected for the €10,000 prize. The deadline for applications for the 2013 Cultural Policy Research Award is Friday, 31 May 2013. Winners will be announced in Brussels at the Young Cultural Policy Researchers Forum in November.

Additionally the Young Cultural Policy Researchers Forum (YCPRF) is also open for registration. It is the cultural policy researchers meet-up – where you can further debates, ideas and contacts. This year, the Forum will happen in Brussels from 4-5 November 2013 and it will bring together 45 promising young cultural policy researchers and PhD students from a wide range of countries from across Europe and beyond. You can submit your application stating why you would like to attend until 7 June 2013. ECF and its partners are supporting nine young promising researchers who will receive a travel and/or accommodation grant to attend the Forum. For more information go to the ENCATC website.
