Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designing overall financial management to the project according to the approved logical matrix, optimizing and improving if needed;
• Managing the financial planning of the project and monitoring the implementation of the budget;
• Supervising and coordinating project team in financial project processes;
• Coordinating the work of the accountant and legal consultant of the project;
• Form the payment calendar of the project and ensure the timeliness of all financial operations under the project;
• Preparing and overseeing all project financial documentation;
• Expert supporting for tender and other procurement procedures;
• Preparation and submission of interim and final financial reports for the Project donor;
• Control and verification of all financial transactions entry into accounting software, periodic reconciliation of financial and accounting for the project;
• Periodic preparation of financial information on project implementation at the request of the organization’s management;
• Preparing and passing financial audit;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• A degree in the field of financial administration, economics or other relevant fields;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including financial management experience in donor projects;
• Relevant knowledge of tax legislation and accounting.
• Working knowledge in English and Ukrainian language;
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English;
• High degree of organization, professionalism, integrity, trustworthiness and flexibility;
• Ability to use discretion when working with confidential documents and information.
