Форум НДО в Україні оголошує конкурс на заміщення вакансії General Services Assistant. Дедлайн - 4 листопада 2016 р. (далі - англ.).
Under the general supervision of the Director of Ukraine NGO Forum and senior program staff General Services Assistant will support all the activities related to implementation of projects, human resources, finance and administration.
Ukraine NGO Forum, a membership organization created in 2014 as a primarily humanitarian platform for joint coordination, information sharing, advocacy and capacity building for national and international NGOs, is currently looking for a General Services Assistant to join its team in Kyiv.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Ukraine NGO Forum and senior program staff General Services Assistant will support all the activities related to implementation of projects, human resources, finance and administration.
The main tasks include administration and human resources issues:
- to participate in the organization of trainings and events, including correspondance with participants, logistic company, printing of materials, etc.
- to participate in the monitoring of work contracts
- to keep an organization chart up to date
- to be responsible for application of all administrative procedures
- to ensure proper filing of documents
- to translate documents if needed
- to be responsible for verifying and archiving all finance, HR and administrative documents of the base according to Ukraine NGO Forum procedures
- to record minutes of meetings when asked by superiors
- to schedule meetings
- to arrange travels for the staff and participants of trainings
- to be responsible for accountability and quality of management process
- to monitor due dates for payments of contracts
- to maintan a database of training participants and members
- to make purchases/procurements for the office
- other duties assigned by supervisors
Qualilfications (mandatory requirements):
- Language skills: advanced level of Ukrainian, Russian and English (speaking/reading/writing)
- Education degree: University degree in Administration or related field
- Work experience: minimum 2 years experience in a similar position (preferred)
- Computer skills: excellent in Excel, good knowledge of other MS office software including Word
- Other: good time management and logistic skills

Terms of employment: the contract is for 3 months (with possible extension) with a start as soon as possible.
