Terre des hommes Ukraine (Tdh) announces a call for offers to select the Civic Education trainer. The Civic Education trainer will provide training for for 25 educators and/or social workers (CSOs workers) in Svyatohirsk, Donetsk region and pilot training for 20 adolescents in Svyatohirsk, Donetsk region, to deliver a program for Civic Education (incl. democracy, human rights, tolerance and non-discrimination, journalism and communication (social media, video, messaging), but not limited to).

The required services include:

-      To produce a methodological training handbook comprising tools and modules for ToT to be used by educators and/or social workers (CSOs workers) in their work with students;

-      To develop 1 (one) set of documents: (1) Guiding document (methodological training handbook) for Civic Education classes in CSOs and the system of secondary and vocational education, including training evaluation methodology (pre/post test and/or other form of knowledge evaluation), (2) Communication Campaign Plan Template and (3) Review Criteria for Selection of small communication campaign projects developed and implemented by students/CSOs workers using methodological training handbook;

-      To conduct two trainings with integrated Participatory action research (PAR) as a process where the researchers (the Youth Leaders) and the participants (the youth participants) work together to understand the strengths and challenges in their communities, and then plan and lead projects that build on strengths and address challenges to promote positive social change. 1 (one) training (ToT) for 25 educators and/or social workers (CSOs workers) in Svyatohirsk, Donetsk region, 1 (one) pilot training for 20 adolescents in Svyatohirsk, Donetsk region, to deliver a program for Civic Education (incl. democracy, human rights, tolerance and non-discrimination, journalism and communication (social media, video, messaging), but not limited to) with integrated PAR ;

-      To provide 4 online coaching sessions to trained adolescents to review the pilot phase and draw the lessons learned for the scale-up phase followed by 1 (one) review report with lessons learned and 1 (one) brief report of activities and issues discussed by the youth;

-      To provide feedback and recommendations to CSOs and the system of secondary and vocational education;
