The Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER) is looking for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of

Project Coordinator (full time)

for the two-year project “Diagnosis-Related Groups Pilot Project”

We expect:

• University degree
• Medical doctor or professional involved in hospital/healthcare sector
• At least several years of professional experience
• Knowledge of health data
• Interest in or knowledge of health finance/economics
• Experience in working with the Ministry of Healthcare
• Experience in the implementation of development projects, 
  preferably World Bank, will be a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines
• Readiness to work in a team
• High motivation, enthusiasm and commitment
• Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian
• Sound knowledge of English  

The scope of work will be includes:

• Coordination of project activities, including regional training activities
• Communication with the Contractor, the Ministry of Healthcare and other stakeholders
• Participation in the regional trainings
• Preparation of project reports, monitor project implementation
• Informational and analytical support
